I have worked in the care industry for 14 years, working my way up and gaining my qualifications. I have been a registered manager for over 5 years. I have been the manager here at St Mary’s since early 2021, I love working here and making the residents feel at home. Being able to provide high quality care is my main priority. In my spare time I like to travel with my husband, spend time with my dogs or curl up with a good book.

Home administrator

I have previously worked as a healthcare recruiter and customer relations manager for different care facilities. I enjoy working at St Marys as each day is different, and I get to chat with the residents and families. All the staff have been extremely welcoming and we are like one big family. When I am not working I like to spend time with my family, watching crime documentaries and travelling when possible.

Zoe Green

Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator

I am a creative type and have worked as a full time artist including running an Art Gallery, organising music, fine art, puppetry and poetry events . Having also worked in complex care for many years and became involved in creative art therapy for mental health and wellbeing. I joined St Mary’s with a passion for our residents to have meaningful and fun activities that provide enrichment and variety in their lives and that encourage inclusion wherever possible for relatives and friends. Outside of work I love painting, puppet making and visiting family and friends ,making the most of Norfolk’s big skies and landscapes

Phil Randell

Head Chef

I have previously worked in the catering trade for over 30 years in hotels and restaurants and was a chef in Germany for 5 years. I recently joined St Mary's as the head chef and have been made to feel extremely welcome by all the team. I enjoy working within care homes and St Mary's is providing classic home meals to all the residents. Apart from the time I have spent abroad I have spent most of my life in Norfolk. I am happily married and enjoy holidays abroad and gardening in my spare time.

Rhys Pederick

Head Housekeeper

I have previously worked in the hospitality industry, including housekeeping before I joined the team at St Mary’s Care Home. I am proud to be Head Housekeeper and making the home feel homely and welcoming. St Mary’s has a very lovely atmosphere, with it all being on one floor it’s nice to see it all open and the residents having easy access to all communal areas and their rooms. Outside of work I like to keep fit and active, including walks, runs around my village and spending time at the local gym.

Cressida Daglish

Regional Operations Manager

I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse and I have worked in the care sector for over 30 years in a variety of settings, in both the private and public sector. Before my current role, I was working at a regional level in acute mental health services. I think a real strong point of Kingsley is the good teamwork, not just in our homes but at head office and in the relationship between head office and the homes. You find supportive people across the board. Outside of work I love going to the theatre and spending time with family and friends.

Carol Preston

Operations Manager

I have worked in the care sector for 45 years, beginning my journey as a health care assistant in a busy A and E department. Before joining Kingsley, I have worked in regional management roles for the past 20 years. I love the fact that Kingsley is a family business with family values that mean we treat our residents and colleagues like members of our own family. Outside of work, I love going on country walks with my Saluki, Ed, and I have a variety of other interests including yoga. I am a Reiki practitioner.

Joanna Holt

Service Quality Manager

I worked in community health services before spending nearly 10 years at the Care Quality Commission as an inspector and then as an inspection manager. The part of my job I enjoy the most is being out in the care homes, seeing first-hand the pride and dedication of our home managers and the family atmosphere they engender. Outside of work, I love hiking and enjoying our wonderful British countryside.
