Work will begin on our luxury scheme to extend and enhance the existing historic home, in Weymouth, Dorset, during Q3 2023 to be completed the following year.

The scheme will involve significant investment into the existing building, providing next generation facilities throughout, while paying careful homage to its historic character. An entirely new wing will also be added.

The project will add 14 premium grade bedroom suites and include a roof terrace offering stunning views of Dorset countryside; an 18th century stable block will be re-instated as staff quarters and a training room.

There will also be a new community café, state-of-the-art laundry and kitchen facilities and a fabulous sensory garden.
