About the company

At Kingsley Healthcare, we are more than just a care home group - we are a proud, family-run business driven by a passion to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every single day. Our dedicated teams transform care into a calling, delivering excellence with compassion, integrity, and respect.

As the UK’s only large care home provider to achieve B Corp certification, we continue to lead the sector in responsible, values-driven care. In 2024 and again in 2025, we were honoured to be named Health Investor’s Residential Elderly Large Care Provider of the Year, a testament to our commitment to quality and innovation.

For eight consecutive years, we’ve been recognised among the Top 20 Large UK Care Home Groups by carehome.co.uk, reflecting consistently high standards and resident satisfaction. We are also proud to be a Real Living Wage employer, ensuring that the dedication of our team members is valued and fairly rewarded.

Our commitment to people-first values has earned us outstanding workplace recognition, including a 4.7 rating on Glassdoor, a 4.5 rating on Indeed, and the No.1 ranking in the UK for wellbeing at work (Indeed’s Better Work Awards 2023).

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and want to be part of a forward-thinking organisation that puts both its residents and people at the heart of everything it does, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

We are transforming our Care Advisory Hub and looking for exceptional individuals to join us.

This is NOT a "Call Centre" role. This is a high-impact Sales & Relationship role. You will act as the trusted guide for families navigating the emotional journey of finding care, managing the entire pipeline from the first enquiry to the final move-in.

The "4-Day Week and Work from Home" Advantage We demand high performance, and we reward it with exceptional work-life balance.

  • Your Schedule: You will work 4 days per week on 10-hour shifts (08:00 – 18:00).

  • Your Time Off: You will have 3 rest days every week.

  • Fully Paid Breaks: Uniquely, all your breaks (1 hour per shift) are fully paid.

  • Christmas Day: We are CLOSED, guaranteeing you this time off.

Reports to: Senior Care Advisor

Key duties and responsibilities

Your Role

  • Lead Ownership: You are responsible for your own pipeline. You will conduct discovery calls, book showrounds, and relentlessly follow up to drive occupancy.

  • Commercial Focus: You will match family needs to the right home, balancing empathy with the commercial drive to convert enquiries into admissions.

  • CRM Expertise: You will maintain 100% data accuracy in Care Compass (Salesforce CRM).

Working Pattern & Commitments

  • Operational Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, 7 days a week.

  • Weekend Commitment: You must be available to work alternate weekends (Sat & Sun).

  • Hybrid Working: You may work from home (WFH) on designated days, provided you have a private, quiet workspace suitable for confidential calls (GDPR Requirement).

  • On-Call Obligation: To support our "Sunday Solo" coverage, you will be part of a rotating Sunday On-Call Rota.

    • Note: This is a resilience measure. If activated (remote/WFH), you will be paid for the hours worked. The standby commitment is compensated via your paid break allowance.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Confident Self-Starter: You are happy working autonomously. You can manage your own day and handle complex queries without constant supervision (essential for weekend working).

  • Empathetic but Commercial: You can build rapport instantly but are not afraid to discuss fees and funding.

  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a distinct advantage.

  • This role operates on a strict 4-day rolling rota (10-hour shifts, 08:00–18:00). Can you commit to this pattern?

  • This role requires working alternate weekends (Sat & Sun) and participation in a Sunday On-Call roster. Is this acceptable to you?

  • For Hybrid/Working from Home, do you have a private, quiet workspace at home that meets GDPR privacy standards?

  • Are you able to attend the Lowestoft Head Office for your initial induction and training week, and subsequently for a minimum of one day per quarter for scheduled training and team synchronisation activities?

  • We’ll pay for your full DBS disclosure

  • Company Pension Scheme

  • Employee Wellness Health Assured Benefit Program
