Kingsley Healthcare is a family owned national care home operator rated as one of the top 20 large groups (  We are one of the fastest growing healthcare companies in the sector and due to our continued success and expansion we now have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Development Co-ordinator to join our team.


You will be based in the East Anglia region and will also be required to travel to our North and South homes to deliver our unique dementia and lifestyle training across our homes.


The purpose of the role is to ensure all Kingsley employees are equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills to complete their roles successfully.

Key Tasks:

Deliver face-to-face training for Kingsley Training Academy across our 30 homes

Develop and implement training for our Lifestyle Co-ordinators

Deliver our unique in-house WINGS dementia programme

Use audio visual aids, computers and teaching applications

Deliver training as required&

Criteria / Person Specification

As a Training & Development Co-ordinator you must have a relevant teaching qualification.

It is essential that you have prior experience working within Dementia/ Learning Disabilities/ Adult Health & Social Care settings.

You will also have:

  • Experience of working in a social care setting
  • Experience of working with dementia
  • Experience in presentation of training programmes
  • Excellent time management and strong communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
  • The ability to build and develop relationships
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • Passionate about delivering high quality training to professionals
  • This role is field based so a driving license is essential.


For the right candidate we offer an excellent remuneration package which includes an annual salary of £25,000 + PRP
