Training & Development Coordinator - £25,000 per year + PRP

Role: Ensure all Kingsley employees are equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills to complete their roles successfully.

Hours: Full Time 

Pay: £25,000 yearly + PRP


You will be based in the East Anglia region and will also be required to travel to our North and South homes to deliver our unique dementia and lifestyle training across our homes.

Criteria / Person Specification

As a Training & Development Co-ordinator you must have a relevant teaching qualification.

It is essential that you have prior experience working within Dementia/ Learning Disabilities/ Adult Health & Social Care settings.

You will also have:

  • Experience of working in a social care setting
  • Experience of working with dementia
  • Experience in presentation of training programmes
  • Excellent time management and strong communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
  • The ability to build and develop relationships
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • Passionate about delivering high quality training to professionals
  • This role is field based so a driving license is essential.
