We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager in the South of England with proven business acumen, which is a pre-requisite of the job, as you will be responsible for overseeing 3 mature homes, with a high percentage of private payers.
You are expected to provide leadership, mentor-ship and support to the homes and also work as part of a team. You will be supported by Clinical and Service Quality Managers and a dedicated finance and administration team.The position will include daily travel to Kingsley Healthcare Homes in the Weymouth, Bournemouth and Christchurch area to manage the financial/business health of the homes. You will ensure that Kingsley Healthcare vision and values are understood and acted upon
The ideal candidate will need to have the following:
· relevant experience in the care industry
· proven record in business management
· marketing experience in private care sector
· it is important you have experience of overseeing commercial businesses
