We currently have an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to kick start their career as an Operations Support Manager within the Learning Disability Care environment.

The position will include daily travel to Kingsley Healthcare Learning Disability Homes (isiss) in the East of England area to support the Specialist Services Director to manage the financial/business health of our 5 Learning Disability Homes plus a specialist Nursing Home (to be discussed at interview).

You will ensure that our vision and values are understood and acted upon.

Criteria / Person Specification

In order to be considered for this exciting role as Operations Support Manager, you will need:

  • Experience and knowledge in supporting people with complex needs with relevant management experience.
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD to keep up to date with latest research and good practice guidance
  • Experience of providing /managing person centred support using a PBS approach
  • Financial management experience
  • Understanding of leadership and staff motivation and evidence of implementing this knowledge in a previous role
  • Effective performance management skills
  • Ability to work within the requirements of the company and to work closely with the Learning Disability Operations Director and Operations Team in the East of England
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures and processes


The position is for 40 hours per week and the salary for this position is up £35,000 (subject to experience) + PRP (to be discussed at interview)
