We are seeking a Care Home Administrator to assist within Park Lane Residential Home in Congleton CW12.
The role of administrator will be to ensure the smooth business function of our residential home.
This is a position that is central to the lives of the residents our residential home supports and their families, so good people skills are essential alongside strong administration skills. Previous experience within an administrative environment is essential. You will also need to be methodical and proactive, with excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
Responsibilities will include:
A wide variety of tasks with the main focus on HR and payroll
Maintaining staff files
General administration such as purchase ledger and petty cash
Collating, monitoring and reporting on various data such as occupancy and staffing levels.
The position is offering 25 hours per week, 9am-2pm/10am-3pm shift pattern Mon-Fri (can be flexible around school times), pay rate up to £9.00 per hour (subject to experience.
