We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to the Head of People.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of People with case management including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and all aspects of HR and employee relations
  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Ensure right to work checks are carried out and up to date
  • Generalist HR support
  • Monitor HR policies and procedures
  • Provide data for and prepare management information reports
  • Liaise with the Payroll team
  • Administer probationary review periods for Head Office employees and Home Managers
  • HR administration

Criteria / Person Specification

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Accurate administrative and organisational skills
  • Practical hands on approach to problem solving
  • Attention to detail with a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience within the care industry would be advantageous
  • Have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and be able to communicate and work with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to travel so full driving licence 
  • You will be required to have had or be willing to have the COVID19 vaccination for this position.
