We are offering an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading Health Care Providers. If you have strong leadership skills with a passion and flair for nurturing people, coupled with excellent managerial experience, we would like to talk to you about becoming Home Manager at Spring Lodge.

 

The Role

Spring Lodge is a delightful former parsonage situated in the village of Woolverstone on the stunning Shotley peninsula near Ipswich.  The home has a carehome.co.uk review score of 9.5.

 

As the Manager you will have strong support from the Operations team and Head Office team.

 

Previous experience in managing a care home is preferred, however, we recognise that good leadership is key to an energising a business, so if you are interested in taking your next challenge, we would be happy to talk to you.

Criteria / Person Specification

  • Ability to deliver outstanding care for our residents
  • An understanding of the legal requirements such as Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs and rating characteristics
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • You will be required to have had or be willing to have the COVID19 vaccination for this position.
