Home Care – Business Manager
Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 a year
(subject to experience & proven track record)

Kingsley Home Care Services Limited (part of Kingsley Healthcare) is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality person-centred care to people living in their own homes and our residential homes.
We want to speak with experienced professionals who can demonstrate a track record of growing a domiciliary care business and driving standards to achieve a CQC overall rating of Outstanding.
We are already registered with CQC and looking for a proven manager in domiciliary care to take this forward. The plan is to take East Anglia branches to 1000+ hours per week and to roll out the concept to other multiple locations within the east and other locations nationally.
This role is fundamental to our growth plans therefore we are looking for someone who will challenge the status quo and drive the business to deliver success at every level.
It will involve overseeing and supporting all areas of the Home Care operation including admin, recruitment, marketing, care planning and delivery. You will also have profit and loss accountability for all of our branches.
This position is for someone who has great drive, ambition, leadership, and organisational skills with appropriate experience. We seek someone who will be ready to take on additional wider group responsibilities as we grow with a clear path to more senior management roles with outstanding benefits and rewards.
An average of 42.5 hours per week (9am-5.30pm) over 7 days. This may include weekends and evenings, so flexibility is required. Start/finish times may vary depending on the needs of the business.
